Overview

We are hiring a Media Planning Manager with a B2B specialism to lead strategic thinking and drive meaningful impact for a major global technology client. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of data, creativity and commercial strategy, shaping how businesses connect with other businesses in a fast-evolving landscape. You'll play a key role in delivering insight-led, integrated planning that drives measurable results. If you're passionate about B2B audiences and influencing complex customer journeys, this role offers both challenge and growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the development of B2B media strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Translate audience insight into clear, actionable planning frameworks and channel strategies
  • Act as a senior client contact, building trusted relationships and guiding strategic conversations
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborate closely with data, performance and creative teams to deliver connected, audience-first campaigns
  • Use data and performance insights to optimise campaigns and inform future planning decisions
  • Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture

Skills we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in media planning, with a focus on B2B or complex audience strategies
  • Ability to translate data and insight into clear strategic thinking and recommendations
  • Confident communicator, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience working across integrated channels, with an understanding of how they work together
  • Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Collaborative approach, with a focus on building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Curiosity and interest in technology, innovation and how businesses connect with audiences
