Overview
The Role
This is an opportunity to become a key member of the client team, supporting an automotive account with a varied scope that includes client management, social media facilitation, digital display production, campaign management and occasional hands-on support for social content production.
As a Senior Account Manager, you sit at the centre of the account- the connecting thread between the client and internal teams- translating client expectations into executable work, guiding delivery from brief to launch, and helping teams succeed.
This role is a great opportunity to step up and run a specific programme of work on a high-profile automotive account, with support and guidance from the Senior Account Director.
Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
Lead the day-to-day running of several brands under the Stellantis umbrella with the close support of the Senior Account Director, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and a key connector across internal teams.
You will build and maintain trusted client relationships, developing a strong understanding of the client's business, priorities and expectations, and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. You will anticipate risks and opportunities, proactively managing issues before they escalate and keeping clients and stakeholders aligned and informed.
Account Delivery & Internal Collaboration
You will translate client briefs into clear, actionable direction for internal teams, guiding work from briefing through to delivery and launch. Representing the client internally, you will enable effective collaboration across social, production, project management and partner teams, ensuring delivery is seamless and expectations are clearly understood throughout the process.
Social Media Oversight
You'll play a key part in the client's social media workstream, working closely with the Social Media Manager and Executive to review content calendars, manage client approvals and ensure operational excellence across always-on and campaign activity.
You will contribute to social content ideas, performance insights and recommendations, bringing a solid understanding of social metrics and brand reporting. Where required, you will lead social content production, ensuring smooth pre-production and delivery, and flagging any project risks upwardly as required.
Digital Display Production & Campaign Fulfilment
You will co-ordinate digital display production and campaign fulfilment, managing briefing, feedback, versioning and on-time delivery of assets. This includes maintaining close contact with client media partners to ensure accurate and timely supply of assets in line with media plans, particularly during key quarterly changeover periods.
Commercial Excellence
You will play a key role in the operational and commercial management of the account- making sure estimating, cost approval, billing and forecasting runs smoothly. You will flag any risks to revenue or delivery at an early stage and maintain a strong commercial focus, helping ensure work is delivered efficiently, profitably and with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
Growth & Opportunity Development
You will actively identify and develop growth opportunities with the support of the Senior Account Director, staying alert to client needs and spotting ways Digitas can add value through improved processes, out-of-scope projects or new solutions.
You will contribute strategically and creatively when required, constructively challenging thinking to help deliver stronger outcomes for both the client and the agency.
