CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate services, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee hard and soft FM services for a key client at our [LOCATION] site.
About the Role
You will manage the full FM service delivery, ensuring a consistently high-quality, 5-star experience. This includes operational leadership, team management, stakeholder engagement and driving continuous improvement across service lines. The role combines hands-on operational oversight with full managerial and financial responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day delivery of hard and soft FM services.
Manage on-site teams and suppliers to meet contractual KPIs.
Maintain strong client relationships through meetings, site visits, and performance reporting.
Full P&L accountability, ensuring profitable contract performance.
Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, small works, and helpdesk activity.
Ensure robust health & safety standards and compliance.
Identify opportunities for service innovation, contract growth, and re-tender success.
About You
Proven experience in a similar FM management role within a corporate environment.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Health & Safety qualifications (NEBOSH/IOSH) are desirable.
