Role Purpose
We are looking for a driven, resilient, and highly motivated Account Manager with a true hunter mentality. You will be responsible for building your own book of business from the ground up-identifying prospects, opening new opportunities, and developing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Proactively source, prospect, and win new clients through outbound calling, networking, social engagement, referrals, and industry research.
- Build and grow a personal sales pipeline.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities.
- Present solutions confidently.
Account Growth & Management
- Build, manage, and maintain a portfolio of clients.
- Maximise revenue opportunities.
- Develop strong long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
Collaboration & Internal Engagement
- Work closely with internal teams.
- Leverage specialists to shape solutions.
- Participate in training and development.
Performance & Accountability
- Meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
- Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Demonstrate resilience and strong work ethic.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting.
- Strong appetite for winning new business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in end-to-end sales cycle management.
- Resilience and persistence.
- Ability to work independently.
