As an Account Manager at Corndel, you will play a key role in deepening relationships with our enterprise clients and driving learner engagement across our award-winning programmes. You will work closely with clients to strategically plan and implement learner cohorts as well as identifying opportunities to introduce wider programme ranges, or new solutions.

Purpose of the Role
To support and grow client accounts by increasing learner participation across Corndel programmes, ensuring exceptional client service, and enabling successful delivery of new and existing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management & Growth
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Support Corndel to maximise learner enrolments
- Work with clients to plan, schedule and implement learner cohorts aligned to their strategic goals.
Project & Cohort Mobilisation
- Support the mobilisation of new accounts and the seamless launch of learner groups.
- Track and report on enrolment, learner activity, and programme performance.
Commercial & Sales Support
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, supported by an Account Director.
- Contribute to tenders and commercial proposals when required.
- Identify and act upon opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
Presentations & Communications
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, via webinars to prospective learners.
- Help organise and manage promotional communications and client-facing materials.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal delivery and operational teams to ensure a high-quality learner experience.
- Contribute to shared team objectives and maintain accurate records and reporting.

Experience & Skills
Essential
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
- Proven experience delivering customer service-ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- Excellent written skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office capability.
- Motivation to perform within a commercial, sales-oriented environment.
- Ability to work constructively as part of a team toward shared goals.
Desirable
- Experience or understanding of apprenticeships or funded training.
- Familiarity with enterprise client environments or account growth cycles.
