We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with experience in property claims or loss adjusting, who is looking to broaden their skills in a client-facing, commercially focused role.
We're seeking someone proactive and confident working with clients, ideally with a background in claims handling, loss adjusting, supplier management, or insurance operations. You'll bring your understanding of claims processes, customer needs, and industry challenges, and apply it to managing client relationships, supporting product delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within your accounts.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Foster and strengthen client relationships to meet satisfaction, growth, revenue, and retention targets.
- Add value in every interaction by applying your property claims knowledge and understanding of client operations.
- Build trusted relationships and gain a deep understanding of each client's needs, collaborating with IT Delivery, Operations and Product teams to tailor solutions.
- Provide clear, detailed feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery aligns with product strategy and Verisk values.
- Use your background in Property Claims / Loss Adjusting / Claims Operations / Process Design to help deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and product enhancement opportunities based on client needs and market trends.
- Use data to provide meaningful insights, highlight performance improvements, and guide client decision-making.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Verisk customers across the property claims sector.
- Support clients in maximising the value of Verisk Property Claims solutions by:
- sharing proactive monthly reports
- arranging review meetings
- introducing new features and functionality
- recommending process improvements
- analysing support issues and advising on market and industry trends
- Work with internal teams to develop account strategies that balance client goals with Verisk's commercial and strategic objectives.
- Understand each client's end-to-end claims processes and ensure their success factors are met.
- Create and deliver action plans to address underperformance or drive improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Service Delivery, Product, Operations, and Support teams to ensure optimal account performance and client satisfaction.
- Support setup, configuration, and implementation activities in partnership with Client Support Analysts and Product Specialists.
Account Growth
- Encourage clients to expand their use of Verisk Claims products through insight, analysis, and strong product knowledge.
- Act as the voice of the customer to Product teams to help shape future development.
- Understand clients' future plans and align Verisk products to support their strategic objectives.
- Deliver product rollouts and onboarding activities in line with agreed timelines.
- Identify upsell opportunities across the product suite that improve client performance and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Property claims experience is A MUST - e.g. Supplier Relationship Manager, Loss Adjuster, Claims Professional, Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
- Demonstrable experience in client service, account management, or similar client-facing roles is required.
- Experience in project management or claims systems integration is desirable.
- Highly numerate with excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to interpret and use data to influence decision-making.
- Experience working with technology or digital solutions to solve business problems is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with estimating or scoping software is beneficial (not essential).
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to address client challenges effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the UK for client visits.
- Flexibility to work occasional extended hours when required to meet deadlines.
