Role Overview:
The Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships across vendors and customers. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to achieving sales targets and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly and annual gross profit targets.
* Develop a strong understanding of all assigned accounts and create tailored growth plans.
* Continuously identify and pursue new prospects within key markets and technologies.
* Build effective working relationships across internal teams to support collaboration.
* Support vendor- and commercially-led initiatives where required.

* Meet all KPIs and performance metrics associated with the role.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the technology sector.
* Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions such as server, storage, and infrastructure products.
* Ability to build and sustain long-term customer and vendor relationships.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
* Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
