Account Manager

Currently working with a well-established furniture company that supplies beautifully designed commercial furniture to some of the UK's leading retail and hospitality brands. They're now looking for an Account Manager to join their Oxford-based team-someone who's great with people, detail-oriented, and confident managing long-term client relationships.
This isn't a sales role. It's all about account management: supporting a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring smooth delivery of products and services, and acting as the key point of contact across multiple sites and stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing relationships with retail and hospitality clients across multiple locations
- Coordinating orders, deliveries, and installations with internal teams
- Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring service levels remain high
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on account activity
- Working closely with project managers, logistics, and design teams to keep everything running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Experience in account management, client services, or project coordination
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of furniture, interiors, or retail environments is a bonus-but not essential
