Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Peterborough Head Office (3-4 days per week in office, with flexibility to travel as required)

Role Objective:
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially aware Branded Sales Account Manager to support and grow our branded sales business in the UK and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is hungry to learn, curious about markets and customers, and eager to take on increasing responsibility. You will have direct and immediate contact with high value high profile customers including discounters, grocers, high street retailers (e.g. Boots, Tesco, Superdrug, International partners).
You'll play a key role in supporting retail and distributor accounts, coordinating sales activity, and helping to drive opportunities from idea to delivery. With the right mindset and performance, this role offers the chance to progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of retail and distributor customer accounts
- Be in store regularly to spot trend and results from activity
- Organise all customer contact planning for consistent customer touch points by senior team
- Organise internal meetings and schedule e.g. Sales Meetings
- Coordinate day-to-day customer activity, including preparing meeting agendas and content, following up actions, and supporting launches.
- Prepare sales reports, analyse EPOS data, and track account performance to highlight opportunities and risks.
- Assist with customer presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Support the Branded Sales team in negotiations and account planning.
- Liaise with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, product development) to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver on time.
- Research markets, competitors, and customers to identify trends and opportunities.
- Be willing to travel to customer meetings and trade events when required.
About You
- 1-3 years' experience in FMCG sales, account support, or commercial coordination (beauty/healthcare experience a bonus).
- Exposure to working with retail and/or distributor customers.
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with good presentation and organisational skills.
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to take ownership as you grow.
- Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment where you get stuck in.
- Driven, proactive, and motivated by results.
- Willingness to travel and an interest in global markets.
