Publicis One is our "Power of One" solution for The LEGO Group, a custom-built team created with one purpose in mind - to be The LEGO Group's partner in unlocking transformative growth in the evolving play landscape. We'll build upon The LEGO Group's legacy as a kids' playmate, evolving to become a leading playmaker in entertainment. Our London-based Global, EMEA & UK team comprises c. 60 people, who are dedicated to The LEGO Group's business, and supported by teams in 55 markets across the world, who are a true extension of our team.
THE ROLE
The LEGO Group is an iconic global brand and a new win for Publicis Groupe from 1st July 2024. We're at the beginning of the journey to build the best account in the agency. A position in the Global team will provide extensive visibility to the broader / big picture thinking of the LEGO Business and Media Strategy.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This is a multi-faceted role that requires an individual capable of managing diverse tasks and responsibilities across various agency departments including; strategy, local market coordination, analytics/data, partnerships, digital campaign hub, and operations. The ability to juggle multiple projects effectively is critical, as is leading initiatives while working closely with a large media agency and a major global business partner.
Day to day tasks involve:
- Meeting with Global clients & internal teams to lead and contribute to projects and workstreams
- Input and coordination of workshops with key clients and internal teams
- Building relationships with Global Publishers, keeping up to date with latest trends and opportunities
- Working with the team to produce standardised documents and processes for Global media implementation and seamless ways of working
Global team core remit:
• Be a key client point of contacts
• Drive all global direction and be the core decisions makers for processes
• Brief prioritisation and management between teams
• Ensuring connectivity between all teams in Publicis
• Maintaining high quality work
• Sharing best practise / leadership
THE RIGHT PERSON WILL:

- Have meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a high quality in all deliverables
- Be proactive and anticipate client needs to drive integrated solutions
- Strong workload management skills through time management and prioritisation
CRITICAL SKILLS:
- Exceptional organisational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks seamlessly
- Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills for crafting compelling and engaging presentations
- Confidence and experience leading calls and presentations to clients and internal markets (up to 300+ attendees)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven capability in project leadership, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals
- Have strong experience in media within a global business context
- Ability to inspire and lead projects with multidisciplinary teams, managing projects and resources to deliver exceptional results
- Understanding of media finance and commercial processes
ADVENTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- Understanding of global media reporting and analytics
- People management experience will be favourable as there will be an Account Executive supporting the work of the Global Account Manager and Account Director
- Experience advertising to children and young people will also be advantageous
