Role Overview:
As a Furniture Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with our design and sales teams to provide tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create bespoke furniture solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the latest insights and solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the furniture or interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
