The role - what you'll do:
- Introduce new, additional and premium products to your account portfolio, establishing their needs and pain-points to provide solutions
- Use our passive account management (PAM) tools and your market awareness to prospect and forecast selling opportunity
- Increase monthly recurring revenue and average invoice value via cross and up-sell activity
- Develop strong relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders, working alongside colleagues to ensure a seamless buying and deployment process
- Develop a successful buyer journey, supporting and creating a positive experience for your customers, mitigating contraction churn and cancellation
Success Measures:
- Expansion monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets
- Gross Dollar Retention targets
- Regular customer engagement & high satisfaction
Requirements
About you - what we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have 2 (or more) years in Sales or the SAAS industry, or be looking to move from the accounting industry into a high growth, fast paced technology company
- Highly developed communication skills and a positive demeanour
- Demonstrable success in a B2B sales role, with the ability to engage with customers in person and over zoom/phone.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets
- Can build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners at all levels
- A consultative, process driven and persistent approach with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the accounting and bookkeeping industry (preferred)
