Are you a passionate runner with experience managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns? We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to help manage and deliver dynamic content campaigns across multiple platforms. If you love running-whether it's marathons, 10Ks, or park runs-and want to work in a role that aligns with your passion, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

In this position, you'll be at the heart of managing client campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish. Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead, you'll manage timelines, budgets, and quality control, while fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Your goal? To ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide regular updates.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Lead team communication to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Resolve challenges quickly to keep projects on track.
  • Regularly review and report on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management or account management, ideally in media or content production.
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • A natural relationship builder who can maintain strong client communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering top-quality results.
  • Passionate about running or fitness-whether you've completed a marathon, 10K, or simply love to stay active.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
