We are recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team at Healix Health.

The main task within this role will be to maintain, develop and enhance the income derived from existing key accounts, using consultative and resourceful methods, along with robust data in order to substantiate and enhance our offerings and benefit profitably, within a competitive market place.

The role will require close working relationships with key (internal) stakeholders; Data & Pricing, Finance, Operations and the Clinical Support Teams. As a result of the discussions held with key accounts you will assist the development of the Healix trust proposition.

This senior line management role will require a high performing, influential and entrepreneurial individual with consistently high levels of enthusiasm and confidence. Critically, excellent experience of Large Corporate Client Account Management is a key requirement to undertake this role with experience of managing others to deliver a targeted performance.

The job holder will be expected to create and maintain a healthy, positive internal and external perception and network in order to promote Healix and our capabilities professionally.

We will expect to see experience/evidence of:

  • An accomplished and experienced sales professional, including; sales lifecycle, processes and approaches.
  • Ability to creatively work with the audiences in order to successfully and profitably account manage.

About the role

Key activities/Responsibilities:

  • To manage, maintain and develop key accounts.
  • Support and assist to achieve the required financial targets.
  • To develop relationships with the intermediary market with the aim of generating incremental income on existing accounts plus identifying new client opportunities for Healix.
  • Oversee and project-manage the renewal process for the defined key accounts, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are involved and aware of requirements.
  • Retain and develop healthy relationships with all external account owners (generally, HR, Finance and or procurement teams).
  • Ensure an excellent commercial knowledge of client businesses and sectors (know your client's business). Research and keep up to date with any commercial or industry news/ changes.
  • Remain topical and ensure a good knowledge of political agendas/focuses, generally, as well as those affecting the healthcare sector and client sectors.
  • Present capabilities to clients, through direct communication, virtual and face to face meetings, telephone calls, and emails, represent Healix Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Ensure all forms of presentation are tailored to the audience.
  • Use the SBR approved QUIS consultative approach to develop client and intermediary relationships.
  • Support the Head of Client Relationships commercially with marketing activities/initiatives in order to ensure we remain competitive, and gain knowledge within the marketing sector.
  • Ensure new business opportunities are identified and referred to the relevant sales team.

Marketing/Commercial

• Support and contribute to marketing initiatives.

• Understand the markets, changes, requirements and trends.

• Ensure market awareness including competitor activities, utilising ideas where appropriate.

• Ensure our approach meets the audience's requirements and expectations.

• Ensure a professional and cohesive approach, using tactical and consultative sales techniques.

• Utilise Salesforce and ensure the account managers complete, ensuring access to immediate data.
