In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our business footprint and driving growth through developing new client relationships and enhancing our existing partnerships. Your contributions will not only help grow our client base, but also ensure we continue to deliver exceptional compliance, safety, and cost-saving solutions to a diverse range of customers.
What you will be doing:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to foster long-term collaboration.
- Engaging with potential customers and showcasing how Hydro-X can help them achieve their compliance and environmental goals through our innovative services.
- Collaborating closely with our talented team to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive results.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and inform business strategy.
- Attending industry events and conferences to network and represent Hydro-X, promoting our capabilities and expertise.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development or sales, ideally within the water treatment or environmental services sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to connect with clients and colleagues effectively.
- A strong ability to identify opportunities and generate leads, combined with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective success.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
