Account Manager

Who are we looking for?

You're a customer-focused Account Manager who is proactive, self-motivated and used to working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects with varying deadlines. Your key skills lie in customer service, project management, attention to detail and an understanding of the print production process when you're working with your clients.

You thrive in a fully client facing environment and understand the nuances between integrating yourself into a client's marketing team and being an Account Manager delivering the best to your client.

Where does this role fit in?

In this role you will be a key part of the account management team based onsite at our client's head office on a hybrid basis, you will take ownership of delivering exceptional customer service. Part of an account management team of 5 people reporting to the Account Director.

This role involves taking briefs from the customer, working closely with a production manager at ITG's 24/7 studio in Birmingham that manage the creation of artwork, managing costs and production with ITG's supply chain to ensure successfully delivery to our client's stores. Working at all times to the critical path and ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • First and foremost, you should be customer-centric. Our people go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, every time.
  • You won't be micro managed here, the ability to manage your own time and deliver quality with speed is essential.
  • You bring great print knowledge with you, especially in litho and digital. Even better, you understand the production process behind this.
  • A strong negotiator, you know how to get the best deals from print buying.
  • This is a busy account, working off large spreadsheets and keeping on top of multiple projects comes second nature to you.
