THE ROLE

The role will be responsible for growth of business and increase user adoption, specifically:

  • building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • support and facilitate platform onboarding and increase adoption across WPP.
  • manage delivery across all channels aligning with WPPP agency planning and biddable teams.
  • work closely with the client success directors to improve platform usage, improve customer knowledge and be the agency and client POC. Align customer objectives to a success roadmap, advise on digital creative best practices and ensure executive alignment to drive organizational maturity.
  • develop and maintain excellent knowledge and skills for cross channel advertising so that you're constantly able to solve customers' problems.
  • Work closely with production, ad-ops, strategy and WPPs internal agencies to align on best practices.
  • Be in control, organization is key.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting agency, client and partner relationships through working collaboratively with the growth, product and marketing teams.
  • Work with team to foster a culture of continuous process improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Work with customers to optimize their use of our products and services, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement, and work with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and revenue growth to leadership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong technical background and understanding of the digital media landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in DCO and media strategy is preferred.
  • Native or fluent English
