Account Manager

UBT Recruitment are working with a well established family-run SME based in Bridgwater. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be Account Manager for a leading provider of fire safety solutions dedicated to protecting lives and property.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of an Account Manager:
- Maintaining regular contact with key customers and identifying additional revenue opportunities
- Helping customers plan for system upgrades/changes/developments
- Proactive telephone and face-to-face sales
- Dealing with all incoming existing customer enquiries
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented
- Willing to do site visits
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Office based)
