The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Account Manager to join our dedicated Automotive Team here at WAA Chosen. As a key member of this team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most renowned and prestigious automotive brands in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
  • Managing campaigns and projects end to end, including reporting and providing insight.
  • Taking client communication briefs and, where required, supporting the Account Director with strategic proposals.
  • Presenting and selling creative work.
  • Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.
  • Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities.
  • Managing the work and performance of team members e.g. Account Executive.
  • Keeping the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
  • Working with Finance to ensure jobs are quoted and tracked accurately, and invoiced on time.

  • Enjoy working across multiple marketing projects simultaneously
  • Keen interest in communication, and marketing
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable contributing on calls to clients and participating in meetings
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Process-driven with good attention to detail
