Position Overview:

As Project Manager, you'll be the glue that holds our projects together. You'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of influencer campaigns, organic social projects, and content production-keeping work streams on track, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams, and proactively identifying risks before they become problems.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once. You'll work closely with our internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

What are the key responsibilities for the role?

Project & Workflow Management

  • Own the end-to-end project management of influencer campaigns, organic social retainers, and content production projects.
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery from brief to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Build and manage project timelines so all teams know what's due and when.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Track project progress, identifying risks early and resolving roadblocks quickly.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with Account Directors, Social, Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure smooth alignment and delivery.
  • Facilitate clear communication across teams so expectations are understood.
  • Keep clients and internal stakeholders updated on progress, changes, and potential challenges.

Process & Resource Planning

  • Implement structured project management processes, embedding best practices for planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Manage team capacity and resource allocation, ensuring the right people are on the right projects at the right time.
  • Optimise and continuously improve workflows to boost delivery efficiency.
  • Proactively jump in, roll up your sleeves, and help us build effective, automated processes to reduce time spent on manual tasks.
  • Take a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving, thriving on challenges and driving solutions that push the team forward.

Budget, Costing & Scope Management

  • Ensure projects stay within agreed budgets, monitoring costs and flagging risks early.
  • Own the costing process for all projects, ensuring accurate scoping, estimating, and cost control.
  • Manage scope creep by aligning client expectations with agreed deliverables.

Required Skills

  • Costing expertise (essential) - Proven experience in project costing, including scoping, estimating, and managing budgets.
  • Analytical skills - Ability to analyse data, assess resource needs, and make informed decisions.
  • Organisational skills - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and track resource utilisation.
  • Communication skills - Convey expectations effectively to project managers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Problem-solving skills - Identify and resolve resource conflicts and project challenges.
  • Negotiation skills - Confidently negotiate priorities and resource allocation with stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills - Lead, motivate, and guide teams to achieve high performance.
  • Adaptability - Stay flexible and responsive to changing project needs and priorities.
  • Proactive mindset - Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to support the team and help implement automation that drives efficiency.
