About The Role

On a day to day you can expect to:

  • Build, nurture and lead our UKI account management division, responsible for capturing the market opportunity across our mid-market and commercial segments
  • Develop a significant, sustainable growth plan for the group over the next 3 years, in collaboration with regional leadership
  • Achieve and exceed ARR, aligned with OKRs and other priorities
  • Develop a best-in-class first line management team, driving us to new levels of performance and maintaining our culture as we scale
  • Lead monday.com's expansion upmarket by implementing robust sales methodology, territory and account planning, and associated training and development
  • Hire market-leading talent whose values align with monday.com, ramp and develop them quickly to accelerate time to productivity
  • Drive division-wide understanding and adoption of forecasting processes, achieving improved forecasting accuracy and advanced visibility
  • Develop the team's core skills with insightful feedback, tailored development plans and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Inspire a culture of teamwork, transparency and accountability, leading from the front
  • Take a proactive approach to performance management, with strong cadences, clear expectations and transparent and timely feedback

Requirements

What you'll need to qualify:

  • Track record of leading high-performing SaaS sales/account management teams, with a minimum of 2+ years 2nd line management experience
  • Experience operating in an environment where expectations are geared to 40% YoY growth, and building foundations for significant, sustainable growth
  • History of exceeding team quotas in high-growth technology companies
  • Deep and studied understanding of the mechanics of working with organisations, creating the conditions for significant customer LTV and sustained YoY account growth
  • Understanding of the nuances of higher and lower volume sales motions, and is able to advise first line leaders on creating the operating rhythms and best practices accordingly
  • Expert knowledge of advising on solution based sales, ROI playback and navigating complex lines of influence between business and horizontal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Procurement)
  • Ability to engage, hire and develop the best sales talent in the market
  • Sales practitioner mindset and experience (Command of the Message, MEDDPICC strongly preferred), and the implementation of those methodologies from scratch
  • Demonstrable process and track record of coaching and developing best-in-class 1st line sales management and sales professionals
  • Experience moving a company "upmarket" and evolving existing sales mindset and processes - Strong emotional awareness and change management skills
  • Understanding of the market opportunities at monday, their complexities and is positioned to inspire and lead a team to capture them
  • Strong exec presence and gravitas, able to be a figurehead for the UKI Enterprise New Business region both internally and externally, including public speaking at events
  • Leads from the front with transparency, empathy and accountability.
