Greenhouse is looking for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join our mission-driven team.

We are seeking a creative, collaborative and passionate individual who is eager to build a career in purpose-driven communications. You will help to devise and deliver integrated communications campaigns for a diverse portfolio of national and international clients spanning food, finance, nature and climate justice.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability and making a positive difference and will enjoy working in a supportive team where everyone is working to a common goal.

Essential skills and experience

• Prior experience supporting PR campaigns and proven ability to develop journalist relationships and secure media coverage.
• Skilled writer, able to communicate messages clearly and compellingly across different channels and formats.
• Digital native with proficiency in social media and AI.
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks to tight deadlines.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Familiarity with and interest in the media landscape.
• Understanding of environmental issues and sustainability trends.

Desirable skills and experience

• Communications agency experience or equivalent (6-12 months).
• Working and/or academic background in food systems or nature restoration.
• Experience using digital platforms such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp.

Salary and benefits

• Our Account Executive salary band starts from £27,000 per annum and goes up to £32,000, and our Senior Account Executive band starts from £30,000 and goes up to £35,000, dependent on location (Bristol or London) and experience.
• Flexible working: core hours between 10am-4pm and a minimum of two days per week based in the office.
• Early finish Fridays (we finish at 3pm every Friday).
