Account Director (Production)

ITG are hiring! Joining as an Account Director, you'll oversee deliver of production work into one of our key clients in the North West.

You are responsible for delivering an exceptional, right first time, service to our clients in line with the client's contractual requirements and ITGs own KPI's. Providing both strategic and operational leadership to the Creative Services & Print Teams to deliver customer service excellence. You will work closely with the Creative Services AD and BD to actively promote the full ITG offering to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and develop the account.

What I need to do:

  • You will need to build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders/decision makers to ensure your team fully understands the client's strategy, aims and goals enabling ITG to deliver the best service.
  • Professional adherence of all processes and best practice to ensure every project is produced impeccably, is right first time, every time and is always on-time.
  • Respond to all client requirements within the designated SLA frameworks.
  • Accurately maintain account activity status reports to formulate meaningful monthly packs to be able to present to both the client and to ITG to monitor account performance and client priorities.
  • Responsibility for the Creative Production P&L, you must optimise the commercial benefits from the customer to ensure maximum profitability whilst remaining within client's commercial agreements.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Retail Marketing across all channels
  • Understanding of production and output requirements across all channels, with a deep understanding of POS; preferably with 2-3 years agency experience
  • An excellent service minded approach with proven customer management skills
  • Proven experience of content art-working and print processes
  • Second-to-none project management & organisational skills - you will be operating in an environment of ever-changing priorities.
  • Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Highly numerate and commercially aware
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of excel and ideally the site of Adobe software solutions (In-Design etc)
