Salary: GBP 70k-GBP 75k basic, 10% annual bonus, and share options

Location: Manchester

Hybrid role: will require travel to client site in Halifax and our London HQ

What does it mean to be an Account Director?

As an Account Director, you'll lead one of our largest partnerships, delivering outstanding talent acquisition services that align with our client's strategic goals. Reporting to a CSD, you'll blend strategic vision with hands-on management, guiding your team to exceed SLAs and key objectives. Your focus will be on building deep client relationships, driving transformation, and generating growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Deliver Results: Manage SLAs and performance metrics to consistently exceed targets and ensure top-notch service.
  • Lead by Example: Showcase TA expertise through strategic hires, inspiring high standards across your team.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with Centers of Excellence and internal teams for seamless service and project execution.
  • Proactive Performance: Keep stakeholders informed, quickly resolving any risks to maintain top performance.
  • Drive Efficiency: Optimize processes using AI and tech, always seeking new ways to improve operational efficiency.

Strategy & Transformation

  • Shape TA Strategy: Own the client's TA strategy, aligning transformation efforts with business goals.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to support long-term success.
  • Be Data-Driven: Use insights to anticipate needs, offering solutions that enhance TA processes.
  • Spot Opportunities: Identify ways to enhance services, driving client growth and maximising revenue.
  • Lead Change: Define and manage improvement plans for TA and broader HR initiatives.

Leadership

  • Inspire and Empower: Mentor your team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Deliver Excellence: Provide coaching and development to ensure world-class service.
  • Champion Improvement: Uphold best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with the Community: Share insights and lead training sessions, embodying the values

What do we need from you?

  • International TA Expertise: You bring a deep, comprehensive understanding of Talent Acquisition, grounded in solid recruitment fundamentals, ensuring best-in-class practices at every stage. You have proven experience implementing and driving international TA solutions across EMEA, APAC, and/or USA. This is a must have!
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional at forging strong connections, you excel in influencing and engaging senior stakeholders, creating a true partnership environment.
  • Team Leader: A proven leader with a knack for guiding, coaching, and developing teams, you know how to inspire and drive high performance, fostering a culture of growth and success.
