To date, we've supported over 800 clinical trials in more than 290 conditions over 75 countries, helping to convert over 500,000 patients to a clinical trial at a time when they need it most. All materials we create are translated and rolled-out in each country supporting the clinical trial. The nature of CTE means that every day is different - we never know what brief will come through the door next. But we do know that we'll have the chance to play a role in bringing a potential new treatment to market. That's a pretty meaningful way to spend a day at work, right?
Responsibilities
Want to join a fast-paced, exciting department working with some of the biggest names in healthcare? At Langland CTE (Clinical Trial Experience), we create campaigns that recruit and support volunteers for groundbreaking clinical trials. Drawing on specialist insight, we produce print and digital materials for patients, caregivers and HCPs that are translated and distributed around the world. Every single project we work on aims to better people's lives - and the client services team play an integral role in their success.
If you're ambitious, dedicated and ready to change how people see the world of healthcare - then we'd love to meet you. Ideally, you'll have experience in a similar role within a creative agency. We're looking for a solid background working with pharmaceutical clients and demonstrable skills of working on a large variety of global projects and multiple accounts. You'll also have experience managing direct reports and be able to build good relationships with senior management. We're looking for exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills - and someone who'll be seen as a credible voice to both clients and internal stakeholders. There are tight deadlines, fast-moving projects and clients who only demand the best from us - but if you're the sort of person who thrives in this kind of environment, you're in the right place.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Account Management within a healthcare, pharma or medical communications agency
- Proven ability to shape brand vision and develop strategic programmes aligned to scientific, regulatory and commercial objectives
- Experience delivering change management initiatives within complex healthcare or pharmaceutical environments
- Strong end-to-end project lifecycle experience, from briefing and strategy through to delivery
- Commercially astute, with solid experience managing budgets, forecasts and profitability
- Confident identifying and driving account growth across integrated healthcare communications
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles, integrated campaigns and omni-channel deliveryIn-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape, including compliance and governance
- Experienced people leader with line management and team development experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior and global client stakeholdersSkilled influencer and negotiator, comfortable working with medical, regulatory and commercial teams
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and global healthcare clients
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Clear, confident communicator able to build trusted relationships at all levels
