Overview
We are hiring a Account Director to help lead two ambitious brands and shape work that genuinely moves people. This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll set direction, build trusted client partnerships, and create the conditions for outstanding creative and commercial outcomes. You'll bring clarity, energy and judgement to complex projects, while supporting teams to do their best work. If you care deeply about ideas, people and impact, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful mark.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Setting the day-to-day direction for the accounts, keeping delivery on track while looking ahead to what's next.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and partner agencies, acting as a clear and credible point of leadership.
- Creating the right environment for great work through clear briefing, thoughtful planning and proactive problem-solving.
- Owning project delivery end-to-end, from scoping and resourcing through to presentation and final delivery.
- Balancing creative ambition with commercial rigour, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Anticipating risks and managing change openly and constructively when projects evolve.
- Supporting and developing junior team members through coaching, guidance and trust.

Qualifications
Skills we're looking for
- Experience leading client accounts within a creative agency environment.
- Confidence managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
- Strong commercial understanding, including forecasting, scoping and financial stewardship.
- A genuine interest in creativity and how ideas drive business impact.
- Clear, considered communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to bring different perspectives together.
- An organised, thoughtful approach with resilience and care for people.
