Location: Remote, with travel to Edinburgh 1-4 times a month.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

It blows our minds that sales reps have to spend weeks creating something as simple as a poster. And we're horrified by the amount of obsolete Point of Sale we see being sent to landfill. So, we're on a mission to solve these issues once and for all.
Our technology platform "hyble" empowers sales reps in the beverage industry to create on-demand marketing materials that are both brand-compliant and tailored for the specific account. Combined with our enterprise services which enable the change management process and our cloud printing model that enables rapid turnaround print we have a game-changing solution that the market is screaming out for.
This innovative approach makes sales reps lives easier by allowing them to support more accounts in less time while also drastically reducing the production of generic marketing content that often ends up in landfill.

About the role:
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and growth of key accounts across multiple markets. Your focus will be on developing strong, consultative relationships with our most senior stakeholders, driving account expansion, and ensuring the successful adoption of Hyble Technology's solutions.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan aligned with customer needs and growth objectives.
- Analyse account data and market trends to identify opportunities for increasing active users, frequency of engagement, and order value.
- Establish Hyble Technology as a strategic business partner, embedding our solutions at the heart of our customers' activation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimisation of our platform.
- Expand our footprint in international markets by developing relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities.
- Build and maintain our most senior-level relationships within client organisations, providing strategic insight and consultative guidance.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to influence product development and enhance platform capabilities.
- Drive account profitability, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and efficient resource allocation.
- Lead initiatives to enhance product adoption, sharing best practices across accounts.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in the Drinks, Foodservice, or FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operational dynamics.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as National Account Manager, Account Director, or similar, managing large, strategic accounts.
- A proven track record of account growth, stakeholder management, and business development.
- A keen interest in technology and an ability to translate customer needs into digital solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex customer relationships.
- Ability to navigate large organisations, working effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, leveraging data to drive strategy.
Preferred (Not Essential):
- Experience working within On-Trade, Convenience, or HORECA sectors.
- Knowledge of global drinks markets, including European, US, and Australasian industries.
- Fluency in an additional language.
- Experience leading business change initiatives within large organisations.
- A strong industry network within relevant sectors.
