Role Description:

We are currently looking for a commercially minded and strategic sales person to head up our JACK DIRECT team. As a part of the wider JACK team, JACK DIRECT specialises in working on building direct relationships with brands and clients presenting a unique opportunity to work with their marketing teams, while JACK focuses on building our media agency and poster specialist relationships.

JACK DIRECT currently work with a wide range of clients including Vivienne Westwood, Carhartt and MyProtein and are looking for this role to expand the list of clients further. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys presenting, networking, building client relationships, winning new business and loves fashion and culture.

Working from our Head Office in London, the successful candidate would be responsible for overseeing the management of all accounts, whilst also creating strategies and proposals to secure new business and generate business growth.

What You'll be Doing:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Create strategies to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with Marketing to devise tools and strategies to represent our services in the best possible light.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Attend industry and networking events to build new business relationships.
  • Externally network at a senior level.

ACCOUNT AND CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of clients' campaigns and ensure a high level of client service standards are met.
  • Writing and managing budgets to ensure profits are maintained.
  • Working closely with senior management for reporting and business planning.
  • Ensure business profit and revenue targets are met.
  • Continuously develop client relationships, existing and new.

About You:

  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage/attain targets.
  • Experience working in a marketing/advertising agency.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop others.
