Job Description:

The Account Associate plays a crucial role in the smooth day‑to‑day running of all account campaign activity and client interaction. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with the Account Manager (your manager), Account Directors, Media teams, and Creative/Insights teams to ensure seamless client service and flawless campaign delivery.

You will take ownership of core processes, manage multi‑market and multi‑channel workflows, and help drive forward workstreams across complex performance, customer marketing and retention programmes. The role blends organisation, communication, problem‑solving and a strong interest in data‑driven marketing.

You are expected to operate with confidence, autonomy and proactivity - supporting the client's always‑on and burst campaigns, ensuring high‑quality output, and helping the wider team deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end delivery of the account's campaign activity across planning, trafficking, activation, optimisation and reporting
  • Own and manage account processes including status meetings, action logs, timelines, deliverable trackers
  • Confidently capture actions, owners, risks and deadlines from all client and internal calls, ensuring accountability across teams
  • Build strong working relationships with Sage stakeholders, media partners, and internal specialists to help drive solutions and remove blockers
  • Maintain accurate documentation, creative trackers, approvals records and campaign set‑up sheets
  • Support the refinement and execution of customer journey programmes (e.g., nurture, retargeting, audience segmentation)
  • Collaborate with Media channel & Analytics teams to gather insights, competitive analysis, performance summaries and market research
  • Support the development and QA of media plans, creative matrices, forecasting sheets and delivery trackers
  • Take ownership of smaller workstreams or campaigns, demonstrating increasing independence and strategic curiosity
  • Ensure all creative assets match the right media specs and are delivered on time for trafficking
  • Uphold operational excellence across workflows, deadlines, campaign readiness, and compliance requirements
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend process efficiencies

If you're organised, eager to learn, enthusiastic, and have a genuine interest in media, this role could be a great fit for you. It's a chance to gain practical experience, contribute to campaigns, and grow within a dynamic and creative environment. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their interest in marketing, media and advertising whether that's through previous experience, education, or any extracurricular activities.

  • Planning & Organising
  • Focused on Quality
  • Communicates Effectively
  • Positive attitude
  • Passionate about the world of media
  • Problem solver
  • Keen eye for detail
