Account Assistant

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in media to join our Client Team as an Account Assistant. In this exciting role you will play a key bridging role within the client account team, providing support to Account Managers and Account Directors, assisting in the day-to-day running of the account and development of campaigns. This role covers two of Carat's most exciting clients: Kraft Heinz & Post Office.

Job Description:

Account Management

  • Support the Account Manager (AM) & Account Director (AD) with the delivery of multiple workstreams simultaneously to meet client expectations including media planning, reporting & billing.
  • Support in coordinating the team's projects, ensuring all work is provided to our teams in an accurate and timely manner.

Relationship Management:

  • Supports the AM & AD with general client liaison and administration.
  • Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships with all specialist teams (e.g. AV, Digital, Search, Social, OOH)
  • Meets with & learns from key media owners.

Finance & Budget Management:

  • Works with AM to ensure finances are accurate and match our PO budgets and that plans are reconciled in a timely manner.

Reporting Oversight:

  • Reporting requirements.

Communications Planning:

  • Create and review target audience insights
  • Support AM in translating audience media consumption insights into holistic media mix recommendations that deliver on Heinz's objectives
  • Support AM & specialist teams in building out detailed, plan recommendations and executing plans once approved
  • Confident & proficient in using Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
