What you will be doing...

  • Hiring, welcoming, and training a top-notch cleaning team.
  • Making sure you have the right number of cleaners trained to our required standards to consistently meet overall number of cleans, cleaning times, and cost per clean.
  • Planning and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans, developing the team through data analysis.
  • Implement processes to improve performance, and manage various budgets, including laundry and consumables.
  • Helping your team grow with on-going training and opportunities to level up their skills.
  • Making sure your team has all the right tools and supplies to work efficiently and get the job done perfectly.
  • Diving into guest feedback to find new ways to improve, then turning those great ideas into action for an even better stay.
  • Keeping an eye on cleaning standards, spotting any areas that need a little extra sparkle, and working with your team to make sure everything shines!
