Location - Edinburgh or Glasgow, Permanent

Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our Edinburgh or Glasgow office 2 days per week for this position.

We're looking for an Access & Fulfilment Manager to join our Insurance Money and Services team.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the IAM SME, continually reviewing IAM improvements.
• Managing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Fulfilment teams.
• Managing procedures and documentation for IAM, including end user educational materials.
• Monitoring the application and compliance of Access controls and processes, implemented, and managed by a team of Access Management Analysts and Specialists.
• Ensuring that all identified control failures are promptly and thoroughly investigated, updating process documentation, where required.
• Providing detailed MI, highlighting issues where action is required and work with teams/projects to ensure timely remediation.
• Providing guidance for projects prior to implementation to ensure all IAM and PAM requirements are fully met.
• Work with our external auditors/internal auditors, assurance and control testing teams who will identify any areas of weakness.

We need you to have

• Proven experience of managing and mentoring teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage complexity.
• Influence senior stakeholders.
• Articulate IAM risks and controls clearly.
• Management and good industry knowledge of operational IAM systems.
• Technical understanding of different identity approaches, strengths and weaknesses.
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent IAM and Information Security knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Providing robust MI and reporting issues to senior management.
• Experience of communicating technical information to non-technical colleagues.

Role Alignment

Following the announcement regarding Tesco's strategic partnership with Barclays, this role will support our Insurance and Money Services team and will remain with Tesco.
