At Winsford Academy, our core belief is that students come first and that all children, irrespective of their background should receive an excellent education.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will be able to lead and manage the Access and Achievement inclusion base where students complete additional work, interventions and tutoring.
The Access and Achievement Manager will support teaching assistants, allocating both resource and timetables, support the specialist assessor for exam access arrangements and lead and manage medical needs under the direction of the SENCos. They will closely with classroom practitioners to adapt resources, monitor progress, and promote an inclusive learning environment where all students including those with SEND, mental health challenges or who may have experienced trauma are able to thrive.
