We're looking for a AATF Compliance Auditor to help us to ensure that compliance and retention of the AATF (Approved Authorised Treatment Facility) status is maintained through control and auditing against the AATF requirements.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining AATF related processes and data capture including compiling and managing data and reporting for AATF related reporting and audits
  • Conducting internal audits against of AATF related processes and data sources including our product screening operation, hazardous waste returns process and documentation
  • External auditing of partners, traders and recyclers
  • WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations and creation of non-compliance corrective action plans and monitoring progress back to compliance
  • Identify process, quality and operational improvement opportunities
  • Maintaining awareness of current WEEE regulations and AATF requirements

You will need:

  • Audit and compliance experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills including vlookups, pivot tables, report and data manipulation
  • Confidence to work in pressurised situations
  • Full valid UK driving licence
  • Knowledge and experience of Waste legislation & WEEE Regulations would be desirable
