We are now looking for Site Operations Managers and Performance Improvement Leaders to join our teams at various locations across Scotland, including breathtaking sites in Speyside, Skye, Islay, and Oban.

In these roles, you will lead critical operations and strategic initiatives that drive business performance, efficiency, and excellence.

You'll be at the forefront of enhancing performance across key areas such as Health & Safety, Compliance, Production, Financials, and Asset Care. Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will champion innovation, implement lean manufacturing tools, and lead improvement projects to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain our world-class production standards.

Relocation costs are covered, and we provide full accommodation at our remote sites such as Skye, Islay, and Oban, allowing you to focus on your new career in these beautiful locations.
