Job description

Our new position forms a crucial part of the expanding Risk Management division at evoke. We seek a passionate risk enthusiast to spearhead the establishment of a top-tier risk management culture. The goal is to create an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework that effectively handles the Company’s overall risk exposure, leverages competitive advantages, and uncovers business opportunities.


 You’ll collaborate closely with our Technology and Product teams to meticulously analyse and comprehend their risk profiles. Your mission will be to bolster ownership levels within the Chief Product and Technology domains, pinpointing and addressing areas of vulnerability while disseminating best practices.


This role necessitates substantial coordination and oversight across various functional domains within the operations of evoke.

 

What you will be doing

  • Support development and implementation of enterprise risk management framework
  • Assist in maintaining product and technology risk libraries and control registers
  • Develop and implement Key Risk Indicators for continuous risk monitoring
  • Collaborate with technology and product teams on risk management tools and reporting
  • Conduct internal control reviews and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Oversee recording and assessment of Incidents and Issues, ensuring timely actions
  • Identify trends in risk management and facilitate standardized reporting
  • Manage relationships with audit stakeholders and implement recommendations

 

Who we are looking for

  • Demonstratable experience in risk management, contributing to ERM framework design and effectiveness
  • Proficiency in core risk management tools and information security
  • Strong project management skills with analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; desirable: gambling sector knowledge or relevant qualifications
