Bumble Inc. is looking for an ambitious Revenue Manager to work with a diverse array of stakeholders across Pricing, Promotions, Billing, Product, Marketing, Growth and Finance to drive revenue performance across our portfolio, with a focus on the Bumble Date and Badoo Apps.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced environment of a growing company, has experience in Revenue and Pricing, and has a passion to contribute to helping the Bumble Inc. mission to foster kind connections.

This role will be based in London, UK and reports to the Revenue Lead.

What You'll Do

    • Monitor revenue performance across the Bumble Inc. portfolio
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth at a Product / Platform / Segment / Geographical level
    • Research industry pricing practices, market trends and new opportunities
    • Identify key revenue segments and define a strategy on how cross-functional teams can tailor experiences
    • Advise and consult on cross-functional projects providing revenue insights/recommendations that are actionable for stakeholders across Pricing, Promotion, Product, Marketing and Growth teams
    • Partner with Finance and Operational teams to ensure accurate forecasting of in-quarter / annual performance 
    • Develop deep-knowledge of the revenue domain, becoming an expert on its characteristics, drivers and sub-systems and interaction with the ecosystem. You will proactively educate stakeholder functions to further democratise this understanding

About You

    • 5+ years in a comparable role, being able to demonstrate the business impact you have driven (for a subscription/virtual good business)
    • We welcome experience working in similar dating/social, consulting, analytics, or gaming tech product industries or else high-data-volume industries
    • Proven track record of generating additional revenue by partnering with stakeholders across a wide variety of functions 
    • Good understanding of market specificities, including how the wider dating industry influences our revenue strategy
    • Good understanding of the revenue domain, including the complexity of pricing/promotional strategy, lifetime value, churn, and the interplay between revenue and ecosystem health
    • Experience in presenting recommendations/findings to varying audiences (from peers to Senior Leadership, technical to non-technical) and catering presentation style appropriately
    • Experience with experimentation and interpretation of results in the revenue domain
    • You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you collaborate daily with world-class talent from our global teams including Finance, Product, Marketing, Payments & Billing, Legal and Engineering
    • You are positive and committed with a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach
    • You are a problem solver and a forward-thinker who is comfortable operating in ambiguous and complex problem spaces
    • You are a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
    • You have excellent time management and you know how to manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces
    • You have great communication skills, both verbal and written
