Salary: £42,000 to £47,000 + up to 10% bonus per annum

What you’ll be doing
As part of a professional, multi-disciplinary team, you will lead on the technical risk management on a whole range of new build and conversion projects. You will engage, influence and negotiate with developers, builder customers and their design teams at the proposal stage to provide expert knowledge, and professional and technical advice on NHBC Standards, codes and other relevant areas in order to guide them towards compliant solutions that present an acceptable technical risk to NHBC.
This is a home-based role and you can look forward to real flexibility and an excellent work/life balance. You will often be expected to travel to client sites and, from time to time to our offices, including our head office in Milton Keynes.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who has or is working towards chartered membership of an appropriate professional institution. You will also have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of at least one of the following: structural defects claims, Building Regulations, engineering, NHBC Standards, site inspection, building construction and technology.
