Job Description

As an Intermediary Coordinator, you will be responsible for undertaking key background checks on intermediaries as part of our on-boarding process, and assessing whether they should be appointed to our intermediary panel. You will also support the ongoing monitoring of our panel by completing periodic reviews in order to ensure our intermediary partners continue to meet our requirements/expectations.

As an Intermediary Coordinator, we are looking for someone to:

  • Have overall responsibility for the effective completion of our on-boarding processes for new intermediaries looking to work with Together
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the Unable to Trade Register (UTTR) to enable effective management of the on-boarding processes
  • Review available external/internal data sources (e.g. National Hunter) to identify whether action is required to prevent/remove panel membership
  • Undertake proactive and reactive monitoring assessments on intermediary partners to ensure they continue to meet Together’s requirements
  • Support Together’s Product framework by submitting commission clawback requests to intermediaries as and when required
  • Support management with preparation and activities required for its intermediary governance panel meetings

Qualifications

Essential

  • Administration experience in an admin or coordinator role previously
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive mentality
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Organisational, time and resource management
