The Housing Regeneration Service are looking for a dynamic Senior Affordable Supply Officer to join our new and growing team.  You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with Registered Providers, Private Developers, Landowners and other Stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to take a lead role in improving and creating affordable decent homes for the Croydon community.

You will have the skills and experience of working in a Project led environment, delivering on goals, and working at pace to meet set deadlines and milestones.  Experience in presenting bids and having an understanding of Section 106 and its importance in the new build housing market is key.  The ability to work across departments and sectors is vital as you will be working closely with the Spatial Planning Team to create new affordable homes in the borough.

This role is not only focused on operational delivery, so you'll have experience of building strong relationships and winning the confidence of your team and other stakeholders.  There will be a strong emphasis on both verbal and written communication skills, creative collaboration, negotiating, influencing and the confidence to present to Senior Officers, Member and The Greater London Authority.
