Why is this Inside Account Manager position a great opportunity?
This role will be responsible for all account management and sales activities for a portfolio of high value clients whilst maximising sales profitability, growth and account penetration, effectively selling our core product range. Building client relationships and maintaining excellent communication with all clients and colleagues, is a priority indicator of success.

 

What skills and working characteristics should this person have?

    • At least 1 years Account Management experience within the IT Sector, Microsoft partner or another SAAS provider 
    • Business applications (finance or ERP systems) experience is highly desirable
    • Experience delivering excellent service to customer including putting together and delivering account plan, service reviews from a sales perspective
    • Experience working to targets and KPI’s
    • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products an advantage) 
    • Understanding and appreciation of sales methodologies
    • Knowledge and appreciation of CRM and ERP systems
    • Adept in Microsoft Office suite
    • Effective communication across cross-functional teams and diverse client stakeholders
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Smart and presentable.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload.
    • Excellent attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
    • Ability to work as part of a team.

As an Inside Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Meeting sales quotas by growing accounts.
    • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with all clients.
    • Continually identifying areas of potential growth by understanding client’s business focus.
    • Ensuring pipeline is kept up to date and accurate sales forecasts are maintained.
    • Identifying and resolving any client concerns.
    • Taking leadership of all quotes, proposals, and plans striving to exceed client expectations.
    • Ensuring timely conversations about contract and subscription renewals.
    • Keeping up to date with the latest developments to Dynamics 365 and the wider eco-system to be able to position these as opportunities to clients
