Who We’re Looking for:
The primary objective of this role is to drive brand visibility and sell through success with our global distributor network, collaborating with global & local cross-functional teams, key business stakeholders, and senior international leadership to build and execute an omni-channel marketing plan.
Key Responsbilities
- Create 1-3 year marketing strategy with key distributors – aligned on growing the Therabody brand across sales channels (brand, retail, specialty) – focused on brand growth / sell out success. Showing clear prioritization of partners based on size and opportunity
- Be the brand guardian – ensuring consistency across all activation from our partners across online (including any distributors that own our Therabody ecommerce platform in region) and retail stores
- Support distributors to produce best in-class permanent fixtures, temporary pop-up solutions and wider POS and store merchandising – including store media to drive sell out and consumer education
- Take ownership of budget planning by account for both contractual and incremental investments – ensuring all activity is delivered to time and within the agreed budget. Proactively work with key partners to pitch and secure opportunities for growth investments
- Own the end-to-end process for distributors to pitch for, build and launch e-commerce websites, Amazon accounts and social network accounts, working with global stakeholders to communicate progress, requirements and reporting post launch – continuously evaluating the performance of the projects
- Manage distributor promotions and promotional activations, working with distributors to ensure plans reflect cultural opportunities as well as a global promotional structure
- Manage day to day communications with the distributors and own the content plan for the distributor portal - Sharing best practice between distributors, business updates and promotional and marketing asset updates
- Manage internal communications to ensure alignment with the local teams, international teams and the global team (as appropriate)
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, consumer preferences, and cultural nuances to help localize and execute region-specific marketing campaigns with distributors
- Collaborate with international brand team to ensure consistent global messaging while adapting to local market needs
- Engage with senior leadership to communicate market-specific challenges, opportunities, and progress on local marketing initiatives
- Work with internal teams and agencies to plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive local brand engagement
The Right Person Would Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in European or international retail marketing or distribution marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or wellness industry
- Demonstrated success in driving marketing initiatives in diverse international markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A passion for wellness and an understanding of global cultural nuances is highly desirable
- Must be results-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills
- Creative-minded and strong problem solving ability
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
