Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for a highly-experienced, successful and proven Enterprise Sales Manager in the UKI to drive adoption and acceleration of SMC’s portfolio of data center products and solutions. The candidates should possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales & marketing processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. The ideal candidates must have a strong, credible and professional experience from similar type of job within the industry.
This role is a hybrid role and the expectation is that the candidate is located in the greater London area. The candidate should be able to work from our office in Reading on a regular basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

  • Approach, build and drive SMC influence, adoption and sales to the UKI Public, Government, Education and Enterprise market
  • Accelerate / Grow sales of SMC's solutions within set target vertical or regional focus
  • Work closely with other sales and technical resources to achieve set goals
  • Maintain current Enterprise partner relationships and identifying potential new opportunities internally as well as externally.
  • Continuously develop new sales methods and improve the sales motion through both internally as well as externally
  • Meet assigned team and individual goals, objectives and creation of opportunity pipeline as well as organizations overall EMEA revenue growth numbers 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Alliances roles or similar field in the IT / Datacenter segment 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • Strong team player
  • Prior experience managing Enterprise customers
  • Prior experience accelerating technology adoption thru various sales motions focused towards manufacturing, corporate enterprise or public/governmental customers
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture
  • Native or professional fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
  • Candidate should be located in the greater London area.
