Job summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and energised colleague to support the delivery of the productivity and efficiency programme, and to provide analytical, administrative and planning support across the Division of Surgery, Cancer and Cardiovascular.

We require a highly motivated, reliable individual to support the Division's strategic and operational business development opportunities. Flexibility and approachability are essential to the success of this post as well as the ability to cope with the changing needs of the division to fulfil this demanding role.

We are looking for someone with good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel, can demonstrate strong written and oral communication and the ability to prioritise their workload and balance the demands of a very fast paced department.

Main duties of the job

The aim of this role is to primarily support the development, analysis and reporting of the Surgery Cancer and Cardiovascular Divisional productivity and efficiency programme. It also provides an opportunity to help provide exciting new analysis and insights to support the Division's strategic and operational business development opportunities.
