Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join the Recruitment team at The Royal Marsden. RM Medicines is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust developed with the aim of delivering an outstanding and quality service to our patients
You will provide an effective and efficient comprehensive administration service for Royal Marsden Medicines (RM Medicines) including the full employee cycle from recruitment, payroll and pension administration. You will develop positive relations with managers and staff within RM Medicines to provide relevant first line HR related advice and support. You will have experience of working in recruitment and/or payroll with the ability to work to use initiative and have a willingness to learn. You will be a team player and have excellent attention to detail.

Main duties of the job
- To provide an effective and efficient comprehensive administration service for Royal Marsden Medicines (RM Medicines) including the full employee cycle from recruitment, payroll provision, pension provision and general administration.
- Ensuring that the service provided meets agreed quality standards.
- Develop positive relations with managers and staff within RM Medicines to provide relevant HR related advice and support.
