- Lead Compliance Management: Manage Vodafone Business's Policy governance process and oversee the Doing What's Right programme to embed a culture of integrity.
- Risk & Control Management: Conduct risk assessments, develop corrective action plans, and oversee compliance control testing to mitigate business risks.
- Financial Crime Prevention: Implement and maintain a robust financial crime compliance programme, providing risk assessments and expert advisory support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive compliance initiatives, deliver insights, and ensure business adherence to policies and regulations.
- Training & Awareness: Design and deliver targeted compliance training programmes, fostering a culture of compliance across Vodafone Business.
Who you are
- Experienced in Compliance: 5+ years in a compliance role, with expertise in risk assessment and compliance frameworks.
- Financial Crime Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of anti-bribery, corruption, sanctions, and trade compliance.
- Detail-Oriented & Organised: Proven ability to manage policies, controls, and regulatory frameworks with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Communicator & Influencer: Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering clear, impactful compliance guidance.
- Self-Motivated & Proactive: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving compliance initiatives forward with ownership and accountability.

- Discretionary yearly bonus: 10%
- Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year
- Charity days: 5 days/year
- Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of whichthe first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
- Paternity leave: 16 weeks fully paid
- Private pension: You can contribute up to 5% of your basic pay with 2:1 matching from Vodafone up to 10%.
