Aon are looking to recruit a Total Rewards Manager to join the People Organisation, in our total rewards team. This opportunity would suit a Reward Consultant or HR Business Partner with in-depth experience managing complex compensation cycles. You will work closely Aon Execs and Leaders across EMEA, providing expert guidance on rewards and delivering strategic compensation solutions.
This is a hybrid position based in London, offers flexibility to work virtually, with the expectations to be in the London office once a month.

What the day will look like
Compensation cycle:
- Playing a key role in managing and executing the compensation cycle for EMEA (including UK)
Compensation Projects and Initiatives:
- Lead and participate in compensation projects as needed across the EMEA region.
- Acting as a reward subject matter expert, advise and support People Organisation colleagues and business leaders as needed on all matters of reward;
Bonus Plans
- Advising on incentive plans, ensuring they are commercially focused and satisfy compliance and regulatory requirements.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Essential:
- Experience of working in a large global firm within a Reward team or as a People Partner with a keen interest in compensation
- Experience in supporting complex multi-country compensation cycles
- Solutions focused and pragmatic
- Strong communicator with the confidence to work in close partnership with colleagues at all levels of the organisation;
- Experience of managing projects
- Strong excel skills with excellent attention to detail;
Preferred
- Experience of creating and writing incentive plans;
- Knowledge and experience of working in a financial services or professional services firm, in a complex global matrix organisation.
