Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • RN/ODP
  • Mentorship/Teaching Qualification
  • Educated to Diploma Level
  • Evidence of level 3 studies

Desirable criteria

  • Qualified in Speciality
  • Degree graduate
  • Management Qualification

Experience

  • Experience of management at Band 6
  • Evidence of good Organisational and planning skills
  • Recent evidence of continuing professional development
  • implementation of Audit/research recommendations
