Technical Manager

Salary: £31,199

Grade D

37 Hours per Week

16 Months Fixed term contract

Are you an experienced qualified technical leader with a keen eye for detail with a passion for managing technical facilities and staff, ensuring the highest quality of technical delivery?

We are looking for an inspiring, dedicated individual to join our team and take charge of the technical department, including staff management and technical administration.

As Technical Manager your duties will include but not confined to:

  • Organizing technical training,
  • Manage rosters and budgets,
  • Liaising with Hirers,
  • Ensuring the maintenance of technical equipment and systems
  • Responsibility for Health and Safety

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to service improvements and promote the theatre's welcome, inclusive, accessible and values.

A Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) check at enhanced level will be required for this role.
