The Job Role
- Senior Sous Chef to oversee a fast paced kitchen operation.
- A fresh food busy banqueting operation.
- Working for a proven Banqueting Head Chef.
- Multi outlet property.
The Requirements
- A strong individual with a high volume background within fresh food operations.
- Proven experience at Senior Sous Chef level within fast paced, BIG volume, fresh food operations.
- Passionate leader, keen to train and develop a curious & hungry to learn brigade.
- A self-starter with a strong team ethic.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career.
